To Serenade a Mountain (2025)
Over a week I worked with eight artists from Granada, Spain sharing brass-making techniques and diaphragm sound and volume experimentations. Then, extending from my sound-bases we made structures that warbled, blurted and crowed. On our final day we packed it all into three cars and journeyed deep into the Tabernas Desert. There was a small mountain there that I had fallen for and I wanted to share it with them.

Artists:
Axel Zhenxiang Zhao
Sandra M. Arroyo Prieto
Andrés Morales Chica
Ana Delgado Palomino
Julio César Falero Folgoso
Ayran Oliveira Crawford
Vicky Gómez Cruz
